The Cub Cadet XT2 SLX54 is a dealer-exclusive premium riding tractor from Cub Cadet’s Enduro Series, engineered for homeowners with medium-to-large properties who want a wider 54-inch cut, refined handling, and a no-hassle FastAttach blade system. It combines a strong Kohler engine, fabricated deck, hydrostatic transmission, and LED headlights for year-round capability.
Power comes from a 24 HP Kohler 7000 Series HD KT735 twin-cylinder engine (725cc), with full-pressure lubrication and oil filter. The Tuff Torq™ hydrostatic transmission delivers smooth, shift-free operation at ground speeds up to 5.5 mph. The 54-in. AeroForce™ fabricated cutting deck with FastAttach® blade system is designed for fewer clumps, fewer stragglers, finer clippings, and increased evenness – and lets you swap blades in minutes without tools or a lift.
An automotive-inspired steering system delivers a tight 16-in. turning radius with near zero-turn feel, while the 15-in. adjustable cut-and-sew high-back seat with armrests and 10-degree incline/slide adjustment keeps long mowing sessions comfortable.
