The John Deere Z735E is the entry-level model of the premium Z700 Series ZTrak lineup, delivering the same heavy-duty deck, heavy-duty frame, and strong V-Twin engine as its M and R siblings at a more accessible price point. It’s built for homeowners with large properties who need a machine that mows fast, cuts clean, and keeps running year after year.
Power comes from a 25 HP (18.6 kW), 810cc V-Twin gas engine with cast-iron cylinder liners, overhead valves, and mechanical compression release for easy starts. Top ground speeds reach up to 7 mph, and the generous 8-gallon fuel tank keeps mowing sessions long and refueling stops short. Three deck sizes – 48-in., 54-in., or 60-in. – are available, all built with 9-gauge welded deck reinforcements.
The Z735E shares the same heavy-duty 3" x 2" welded steel tubular frame as the rest of the Z700 Series, and features a 21-inch seat with adjustable springs, an adjustable 3-position foot platform, and easy-to-service engine access. An exclusive 4-year bumper-to-bumper warranty is standard.
