The John Deere 2025R is a compact utility tractor from the 2R Series, sized for landowners with 3-15 acre properties who want more capability than a sub-compact without the footprint or cost of the 2038R. With 4WD, diesel power, and compatibility with a full Frontier implement ecosystem, it handles mowing, loader work, grading, and light tillage.

Power comes from a 24.2 HP (18.1 kW) 3-cylinder Yanmar diesel engine paired with a 2-range eHydro™ hydrostatic transmission with Twin Touch™ pedals. Category 1 three-point hitch and 4WD are standard.
